On May 31, 2018 I was contacted by *** *** via email stating that he got my information from Indeed and would like to know if I was interested in Payroll Clerk. This was a work from home, online, and part time position. I contacted him back and said yes I was interested in knowing more about the position. He provided the details about the position. He said training would take online using Google Hangouts apps. He asked me to download and once downloaded to send him a message. We scheduled an interview time/day. I tried to use the call feature on the Google Hangouts app, however it did not go through, so I sent *** a message. He said my interview would be via text using the app. He asked me about 20 interview questions and I typed my answers. After the interview he asked me to email him my resume and he would discuss it with the director the following day. I sent it. The next day he offered me the position of Payroll Clerk. He emailed me the "official" job offer. I accepted it. Then he sent me an I-9 form to complete and to send back to him with my Drivers License. I completed. After that, he wanted me to provide my credit card number, card limit, log in information, and security answers. That information I did not provide and then knew this was a scam and not a real job opportunity.
