They called and I could barely understand the name of the company so I kept asking what company he was calling from. Finally, I asked him to spell it the English was so broken I finally got Solid Tech, I then said I wasn’t interested then he says but we owe you money knowing I hadn’t paid for anything he says "all I need is for you to complete some paperwork my going to your computer." I told him I wasn’t going and if they owed me just mail the check and hung up. Well I guess that was a bad thing because I recieved six more calls from different numbers. On the 5th call I told them I was contacting the BBB,he told me to "SHUT UP" (be mindful he didn’t speak English well but said that quite clear), I told him it was my phone and he couldn’t tell me to shut and hung up. So when the 6th call came I repeated my self and the little foriegn guy began to use profanity again I hung up. I had a miss call and when I tried that # the line is busy I’m noe thinking it’s probably another one of there numbers. PLEASE beware!!!!

I was contacted by Solid Tech about getting all malware off my computer. I paid 79.99 to have this done. I was not informed that this was for only 1 month!!! A total scam and rip off!!
