When opening internet explorer on 02jun2017 the homepage was redirected to a page stating a virus was present in the computer and to call a number which was called. Charlie Johnson who claimed they were from Microsoft stated the computer was being hacked and referred to Soft Experts who took control of the computer and installed unwanted files to the computer. JAson is the name of the person from Soft Experts
