I had the same exact thing happened to me! The whole chair collapsed on first use. The whole structure bent and I fell to the floor injurying myself. Now they are trying to scam me a second time by not refunding my money. Do NOT purchase this product!

They offered the Nemo Stargaze Luxury Recliner Camp Chair but what they shipped what a counterfeit product the was not only useless but also unsafe. The chair collapsed on first use, bending the structure and dumping you directly onto the ground.
