Once again another 3 emails sent by 3 different people with the same company with in one minute of each other claiming I owe them money for a pay day loan or something. They don’t state what it’s for nor do they state what bank institution it was deposited in nor does it state a date it took place.

Claiming I owe them money for a payday loan. They don’t state my name nor do they state the company that the payday loan was taking out against nor do they give or state any financial institutions that it was deposited into nor do they give a date it transferred.

My step daughter keeps receiving calls on her cell phone from phone number 331-205-7286. It is always a recorded message to call this phone number back immediately 331-212-3631. The message on her cell phone states there is an affidavit with her social security is on it . I called the phone number back. I asked the name of the company. They replied Smith and Associates. They deal with legal action. I explained my step daughter has an affidavit with her social security. The woman told me it had to do with a loan at a bank. My step daughter never had a loan at a bank. They asked her phone number and I gave it. They had no record of her phone number. When I tried to ask what is this all about they hung up. I feel this is a scam and wanted to report it.
