I purchase dental aligners for $1495 in Dec 2019 and was sent an impression kit in January. I had a lot of problems getting suitable impressions and was sent several kits which caused me to have cold sores and sensitive teeth. I finally was able to send back what I thought were acceptable impressions but have not heard anything back from the company.
I have since learned that they have gone out of business due to COVD and are not answering phone calls and emails. I am hopeful the company will honor payments they have taken and refund the money they have stolen from consumers.
