I thought I was saving money on a legit refurb phone online. The company took my payment and only responds with auto reply emails in broken English. Recommend that your office takes the required actions to shut down the website. My credit card company is stopping the transaction, but I fear that smarter.co will no doubt collect hundreds of thousands of dollars from people like me and never send the products.
