Type of a scam Online Purchase
I reached out to Slumber Ease Factory in Marysville Washington. A few days later I received an email that they had received my request and would be getting the information together; I had requested a quote. I got an email stating that the product was made with a bill attached. I was stunned by the price and said that I apologized but that was far greater then what I had in mind. They responded saying that they would really appreciate my business and a review and that they were willing to work with me. I made arrangements to pay and then I received emails stating that there was an issue with my product and they wanted me to have the best quality and that they were fixing it. I tried to call the company but was unable to reach anyone due to a full mailbox. I then received another email stating that more money was due to a more expensive product that was used. I called to store again and this time got through. The owner right away stated that this was hackers and that they had already done this before. Now I am very frustrated with the owner. It is completely irresponsible to let this go and not better protect your internet and email if these things have already occurred. He knew the email before I even stated it. Why doesn’t he warn you on his website!?
