SlenderizedKeto.com Reviews - SlenderizedKeto.com Scam or Legit

Cristina – Nov 27, 2020

on November 12th , while browsing, I came across Keto ad, clicked on it, and it took me to (what I learned now to be fake) Shark Tank article about Slenderized Keto. It offered free bottle with $5.99 shipping. Once clicked on buy now, it asked for credit card info, there was nothing else, i. g. terms and conditions, automatic enrollment and payments ( I always look for it). Once, I submitted my payment method, the new offer pops up immediately, offering free bottle of precise cleanse with $5.95 shipping cost. So, I figured, they try to get you like this all the time, so what’s another $6. I clicked to buy that as well. The web site for that one is precise – cleanse.com, customer service # 1-855-466-0660 there is nothing said about automated charges in the future. Today, November 26, My bank shows charges for $89.55 and $84.66.

on October 25, while browsing, I came across Keto ad, clicked on it, and it took me to (what I learned now to be fake) Shark Tank article about Slenderized Keto. Snap shots of emails attached, there is nothing said about automated charges in the future. Today, November 10, My bank shows charges for $89.55 and $84.66. I called customer service, and was told that it is stated on their terms and conditions, that customer would be charged in 14 days full retail price. (except, I was not taken to their website at the time of purchase, and therefore could not read their terms and conditions). Then the representative offered me a couple discounts, after I declined, she cancelled “”my subscription””, but refused to reimburse the current charges. I will dispute it through my bank, and will try to submit it through BBB (if it allows me without their address). There is way to much phone, email and online scam this days, and it looks like nothing is being done to fight them.

Pretty much same experience as stated above, was charged $84.66 for one and $89.55 for the other. Customer Service offered a 50% discount, cancelled “my subscription”, but refused to refund the charges. I will file a dispute through my bank, also want to file a complaint with BBB, but there is, of course, no physical address. There is way to much scam going on now days, I can’t believe, I fell for it.

charged me for 2 bottles when I only ordered the samples for shipping charges of 5.99 each. I am disputing the charges on my credit card. Trying to find a mailing address to mail back unused portions of sample bottles but unable to find a mailing address so far and when I called to request one, they would not give me one and told me to email them.

Responded to an add on my Kindle on 6-28-20 for a free bottle of Slenderized Keto and Precise Cleanse – pay the shipping only. Received the product. 8-17-20 I just received another bottle of each, and was charged $84.66 for one and $89.55 for the other. There are 2 phone numbers on the packing slip – one goes to a rapid busy signal. “Ann” answered the second number. She insisted that these are valid charges because there is a link on the pngage that explains the scam. (Of course, she didn’t exactly use that term.) She first offered me a 30% refund, which I refused. She then offered a 59% refund, which I not only refused, I also told her that I would launch a social media campaign informing people of her scam, file a complaint with the BBB, and dispute the charge on my credit card. She put me on hold and eventually came back and offered a full refund. What a complete SCAM!

They send you their product and give you 10 days to return it but you have to call their support number to get and RMA number. The problem is that the number they give you is not in service (855 373-8402) so you cannot get through to them to get an RMA number and a return shipping address. If you take longer than 10 days they initially charger your credit card $5.99 and then they automatically send you another bottle and charge your credit card $36.00 a month until you can cancel their subscription.

When you send them an email stating this information they send you back an automated response stating the lines are full which is a lie because the call never goes through to begin with. I have attached a copy of their terms and conditions on their website.

Below is there last response:

…Dear Customer Service, This is the third notice concerning your phone number. When i call (855) 373-8402. The call does not go through. Instead i get a phone message from the telephone company stating that this number is no longer in service. It has nothing to do with being on hold. The call is not in service
