I did the so called free trial and was supposed to get sample which I did, I was unaware that they had put me on auto-shipping and they charged my card 200 dollars twice, when I called to complain I was put on hold the first time for 15 minutes, the second time for 10 minutes and the third time was not even allowed to talk to a supervisor, in fact I never talked to a supervisor, so I called my bank to deactivate my card and they are sending me forms to dispute these charges. This company never even offered a refund, they were very rude and unprofessional. I never authorized them to charge my debit card and I told them repeatedly.

I paid shipping and handling for what was described as a 14 day trial. On the 15th day I was charged separately for charges in the amount of $85.95 and $89.95 for the 2 products. When I called they informed me that they would not accept closure of the amount already deducted and would only refund 50% of the amount charged. I told the representative, Monica, that was not going to work and I wanted to speak to a supervisor I was transferred to a women, Shelby, who told me the same things. When I treated to call my bank and dispute the charges she told me if I did so I would not be eligible for the 50% compensation. After hanging up with her I received a phone call from her which she proceeded to say "You’re a stupid hoe and I will be calling your bank to ensure you never see a penny of your money back." The phone # this call came in from was 310-627-8860, Compton California.

I tried to get my mmoney back but they only offered me a partial refund. They refused to give me all my money back and charged me for other purchases I dudnt not make.
