My 18 year old received a text saying we are checking to see if you have received our package we mailed you. We googled the number and found a scam alert. Two days later a priority mail envelope arrived in the mail with a $2,500 cashiers check and a letter explaining she is to purchase multiple gift cards worth $2,050 each card must be worth $100, $200 or $500. She was then informed to scratch the back to reveal gift card numbers and take a photo and sent them through text to the phone number
The check they mailed us is from Flagstar Bank check number 200661553. Rimitter name: Billie Dean

Contacted me on my school email looking for mystery shoppers for Shopping Inc and sent me a check through the mail without me ever confirming that I wanted a job. Continued to harass me through text, threatening that he will take legal action. Never identified himself. The postage is from Ashanti Scott of Maxwell Construction Company in California and the check is for almost $2000 from a condo company in New Orleans. I hope there is a way to catch someone like this.

You will Purchase Postal Money Orders worth $2625 in $525 denomination (5 pieces of $525) from the Post office. You can only make the purchase with cash so you have to withdraw the money from the bank before you begin your task. All should be purchased from same location and at the same time.

The left over will be used for shipment of Money Order.
The purchased money order will be mailed to the corresponding evaluator through FED-EX EXPRESS NEXT DAY AIR or UPS EXPRESS NEXT DAY
AIR (To be delivered 10AM the next day). Ensure to leave the Receiver/Payee column on the money order blank and also include the receipt of purchase in the envelope mailed. Mail the money orders to the below address.
