After seeing ad on Facebook, I purchased the BallHawk Golf Glasses on December 13th. I paid for express shipping. The website indicated that express shipping was 3-5 days. As of January 3rd, I still have not received the glasses. I tried calling the phone number provided on the website and it is not in service. After sending multiple emails, I was provided with a tracking number and a notice to contact DHL Express as the package could not clear customs without information provided by me. DHL Express informed me that they had tried to contact the shipper multiple times to request information regarding the manufacture information, device listing number, and material of frames. I forwarded the request to Shopparoo and still have not received a response. Customs will only hold an item for a limited number of days before returning product to sender. Unfortunately, I paid $46.97 for a product I will never receive. I am unable to speak with anyone from the business since the phone number provided is invalid.
