Type of a scam Online Purchase
This was the worst experience I have had with online shopping. I rarely buy outside of Amazon or companies I am familiar with. FaceBook had the cutest add for a clothing site called Shopingnova. I ordered a pair of overalls. I got an email with a receipt. Following this….. nothing. At first I thought that maybe Covid 19 was the cause. As it turns out ‘Joy’ had no intentions of ever sending my overalls or refunding my money. I have contacted her several times. She acts as though the product is lost. Or that she accidentally sold it to someone else and would I accept a bigger size. When I demanded my money back….. she disappeared. I am out $53.45. It could have been worse. I feel stupid and violated. I guess I have lived in a bubble believing most people are good. How sad that ‘Joy’ from Shopingnova is taking advantage of people during a world wide pandemic. Shameful.
