Type of a scam Online Purchase
This company was previously called Beautiful Peace Shop and advertised Golden Girls themed masks in a Facebook ad. I purchased two masks on May 13. The payment for the masks posted to my credit card on May 14. They supposedly shipped on May 18. Now almost 2 months later I still did not receive them and the tracking info that they sent does not work. It was a link and not an actual tracking number. I have emailed them and they keep asking me to be patient and wait another week. I do, and nothing happens. Yet they have my money. I filed a dispute with my credit card company but have still not received my funds back. Since making this purchase, the store disappeared for a few days and then reappeared on July 7 under the name Shopabbi. The address is different than the one listed for Beautiful Peace Shop. When you go to their contact form on the website it says "Sometimes your email is not answered soon because of an overload. Please calm down and retry to contact us via email." Please calm down? They anticipate that you are upset? I believe that this entire site is scam.
This very thing happened to me! I’m trying to get my refund but they claim they can only do so through PayPal, which I don’t have. Emailing their support I feel like I’m talking with a 12 year old. I just reported them to the BBB. I have zero hope of getting any of my money back.
