FOUND OUT TODAY IT WAS APPARENTLY OUT FOR DELIVERY ON THE 30/12 BUT HAS NOW BEEN RETURNED TO GERMANY …

Ordered from them back in April, never received product or refund despite numerous emails, including one promising a refund in 5-10 days (which was months ago).
Now get no reply at all. Not happy!

Placed an order 2 months ago and still have not received the product even though my card was charged the same day order was placed. I received a tracking number a few days after order was placed as well but there have not been any updates on it at all. I contacted customer service several times. A few times I did not receive responses and other couole of times the delay was blamed on covid delays which is a lie because I have already received numerous other packages from all over the world which also had covid delays and those orders were even placed after this one. They will not ossue a refund to me either. I finally looked up and found their Facebook page today and it turns out there are numerous people with the same exact story as me. Some pekple even claim that this business has tried to make additional charges on their cards! Please shut this business down!!!

I had the same experience as victim 28806 above Placed order April 28,2020 and as of June 12, 2020 have not received. Paid by debit/credit card. Will probably have no recourse in getting my money back. Called the number they have posted and response is they will return my call in the next 6 hours. What is Facebook number to report this?

This online “store” appeared in a Facebook advertisement and I placed an order for a product through their website based on the ad. The order was placed more than 35 days ago. I received an email confirmation for the order, then an email claiming the order had been shipped with a tracking number that led to a suspect tracking app claiming the package had been “picked up” at a facility in California a few days later. The tracking information has never been updated since. I have received two more emails claiming shipping delays are being caused by COVID-19 and offering discount coupons and when I responded to one of those to ask for a refund because I still have never seen a package from them, I was informed that they could not provide a refund because my order had “already shipped.” I then discovered that they had changed the URL for their store as well, so I was no longer able to visit the part of their website that contained my order information. I will be requesting a stop payment through with my bank and reporting this “company” to Facebook as well.

Purchased an item online and it has been 2 months without receiving it. Got a weird email apologizing but it was in transit , the item has been “tracking” in china.
