I was contact by Cheryl Ford to purchase my camera for $1000 using secured by PayPal pending shipment tracking number which was provided and delivered (I have proof of this too) but I never received the payment that we agreed to. I have attempted to make several contacts to paypal but to no avail. Before PayPal released that fund back to the buyer, PayPal should have contact the seller to confirm. What’s the point in trusting their service if it’s only set up for fraud and scam? Since PayPal did not do their diligent, they should send me the fund of $1000 and this will be the last time I or anyone I know use their service ever again.
