Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased a pair of shoes from this online retailer, on May 14, 2020,which I believe is located in Hong Kong. I never received the item, although the item has been entirely paid for. The email on file to check the status of the order is a total scam and return the error, that the email is not found. I am so upset by this, and I want my item or for the company to issue me a refund, which seems impossible, especially from the other complaints posted.

I learned about this company from Facebook. I ordered these shoes on 4/6 and contacted the company on 4/7 to cancel (as per their website which says cancellations are accepted within 24 hours with a $5 cancellation fee). I did not receive a response from the seller until 4/9, which was now longer than the 24 hours, so I was not allowed to cancel. My request was to make sure they send size EU37 (not EU38) or to cancel the order and be charged the 15% restocking fee (as per their website). This was acknowledged by Erika Ba on an email dated 4/9. On 4/10 Cielo sent me an email stating that the item was already shipped, so it was too late to cancel the order and I would have to refund it after I received it. When I asked for a tracking number, I received from Andrei L. Ca a tracking number for a white jumpsuit. When I brought it to their attention, I received on 4/12 the correct tracking number for the shoes that were shipped on that same day, 4/12. I received the shoes on 4/28, size EU38 and the quality is substandard (not as pictured). I have gone to their website and submitted a ticket for a refund, followed by an email. I do not trust this company’s business practices and hope that you protect the PayPal costumers from companies like these.
