Do not order from this company, it is a complete ripoff. I never received any product (puzzles), just continuing promises from them they are expediting my order. They will just throw you into a chat loop and you don’t get anywhere.

I ordered two puzzles and received products that have very poor quality. First, the print quality is very bad and large pixels are visible because they took a small picture and enlarged it. Second, it is made of such thin paper (less than 1 mm) that when I tried to assemble it, the pieces simply do not attach to one another and are falling apart. This is completely unusable. When I wrote to the seller, they did not answer emails.

We ordered two puzzles as well. They came but are the worst puzzles we have ever received. The pieces are very thin, hard to pick up, do not fit snugly and all are the same shape with some fitting in another’s place. The only good thing is letters on the back which are easier to match than the picture side. If you try to remove an incorrect piece’ about 9 come apart!

Update: I provided my address. Received a reply email asking me to check my address. What a scam. I’m out about $40.

Ordered 2 jigsaw puzzles from this company. Got confirmation saying order was shipped August 23. Tracking number shows it shipping from China. One month later no puzzles and tracking number no longer works. Contacted customer service via the email address, gave them order number and asked them to check. Received email asking me to provide my address. Strange, you would think that would be on my order number. I have a sinking feeling this is another scam from China. I will never again click on an ad posted on Facebook and never deal with a company that doesn’t have a brick and mortar business in my own country.
