Shetland uptown home and its associated shipper, International Swift Deliveries, are both frauds. They lure customers in with sheltie puppies, get money up front, then in the end have no puppies of any kind to deliver and their fraudulent delivery service tries to get more money from you by getting you to pay for a temperature control shipping crate. I have alerted federal law enforcement to their activity

I was looking for a sheltie puppy, when I came across a website called shetlanduptownhome.com. The website looked legit, said all the right things to make you think they are a family business that breeds shelties. They had numerous pictures of available puppies, they go into great depth on how to purchase a puppy, what’s included with the puppy, what forms of payment they accept (even mentions the safe way to send money), and shipping. This gentleman named Kevin Fosi asked for a deposit, and wanted a copy of the receipt. In the memo area, he asked that you put the name of the puppy. After a day, I emailed him asking if he got my deposit, and that’s when things went downhill. He asked how much of a deposit I gave, after knowingly how much I did pay him, then when I responded, he replied with an angry tone. Kevin went on to say that when I want to complete the balance, he would then tell me what to do next. I told him I felt I was being scammed, to which he replied that the website was hacked a few days before. I asked for a FaceTime call so I can see the puppy, and discuss the mother/father genetics, plus it would put my fears to rest. Kevin said he was at work, but can call at 2 A.M. I told him that was fine and I will be expecting his call. I knew most people would say no way to the call due to the time. I kept having a nagging feeling that something was not right, and asked for my deposit back. There is no mention on the website that the deposit is not refundable. Kevin told me he would apply for the refund and I would have it in 3 working days (not normal terminology, usually we say business days). Days later and still no refund.

The website offers Sheltie puppies at very low prices for show quality dogs. They have too good to be true shipping options; pictures appear to be stolen from the internet; no contact name, address, or phone number. A site shutdown recently called Royal Sheltie Farm was very similar to this website, and I suspect this is the same criminals responsible.
