WHO IS SHAYLAS VIN SERVICE. I HAVE NEVER USED THEM…THEY HAVE CHARGED ME $18.99, $1.00, $1.OO, $1.00, AND $1.00. THE CHARGES STARTED BACK IN MAY, $1.00, THEN THE $18.99 HEN THE OTHER CHARGES. IF I HAD SIGNED UP WITH THEM WOULDN’T THEY HAVE CHARGED ME THE $18.99 FEE. WOLDN’T YOU THINK THAT WOULD BE HOW IT SUPPOSED TO BE DONE! HAVE NEVER SIGNED UP OR RUN A VIN NUMBER THROUGH THEM. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. IM GOING TO MAKE THERE LIVES LIVING HELL.

I paid $1 to look up the VIn Histiry on a used car I was looking at. The site had no information for me after I paid my $1, but they fraudulently charged me after this. i did not agree or pay for a subscription, but every week my credit card is charged $1. At one point I was charged $18. They have told me that they removed my information and credit card from their system, but I have been charged again under a different name after this. DO NOT PAY THEM. They will take your card information and charge you more than you agreed to.

I tried to cancel this account several times and everytime I called, I got the same generic answer. I finally got an e- mail from someone named Hunter Johnson last month stating my account has been cancelled. I got charged again in October!

I was charged $18.95 instead of 1$ then a few weeks later you charged me again! Another $1 and another $18.95! Come pledge scam and unethical. I will be filing more complaints you need to remove my credit card and refund me all charges!

I had the same story. I used it to look up the Vin History in Sep before buying a car. They charged me $18.95 instead of $1. Contacted them then they refunded me back the $18.95. These transaction all showed as SHAYLAS VIN SERVICE- TEMPE AZ. Then I got charged $1 again in Oct (VIN HISTORY4159807296 COROLLA NC). They told me I am subscribed to their service. This is quite annoying. If something similar happens, I might contact my bank. I am waiting to get the refund back. $1 is not much but I do not even use their service in Oct to get charged. If I do not tell them, I might get charged forever. Very sketchy business.

did not even use them once. they have charged me 18.95 twice and 1.00 three times. i have never used them. This is theft if you ask me. I am reporting them to my bank on Monday. Anyone ever get a refund?

My story is the same. Paid $1 for a one time look up for a vehicle my son was interested in buying about a month ago. Now they have charged my account twice, once in September and now again this month.

I did not agree to a subscription. Interestingly enough, it reported as Shaylas Vin Service the first month and then generically as Vin Report – Westfield, IN.

I am calling my bank in the morning to report them and get my money back.

I only used it once just to check a vehicle history of the car I was looking at, and when I checked on my account that I haven???t used in awhile this is what I came back to. I DEFINITELY DID NOT agree to having a subscription with them what so EVER!

They charged me 18.95 right after they charged me 1.00 I did not agree to a subscription at all. I had cancelled right after I purchased the 1.00 for a wk because it did not do what it said it would. BAD NEWS and they refuse to refund me the money I only used them once and refuse to use them again
