I signed a lease agreement with Mr. Shawn Sandoval and paid the security deposit and 1st month rent. The all together total was $1,950. I was told I would receive a key in the mail first class package next day. I did not receive a key for the property and when I asked for my money back I did not receive my money. I was sent a warranty deed to show they were the owner of the property. He kept stringing me along and requesting that I send mor money before receiving a key to the property.
