ShadeTree Land and CraNeal Investments LLC have contracted on my land twice in the last 7 months. When the first deal fell through I was told a former employer had “dropped the ball” on buying my land. The second offer was supposed to happen by September 1st. Now they don’t answer any emails I send. I suspect they are a scam company possible putting my land under contract to keep it off the market to sell the land they have in the area. I am considering filing suit against them for their scam. I do know CraNeal does exist.

We’re not really sure if this is a legit company or not, but we’re suspicious since we can’t find the business listed on ScamPulse.com website, and when we search the phone number, no business associated with the phone number is found. We got an Email offering to buy some land we own for cash. They did ask for our signatures on a sale agreement. Just seems fishy since we can’t find any information about this being a legitimate company
