I got a call from an unidentified foreign female (she had an accent I was unable to identify) on May 16th at 1:12 pm PT and was told not to hang up, but to listen to this pitch for a Federal Student Loan assistance I could apply for. I told her to stop talking and told her to take me off the call list and to never contact me again. She hung up. I called the number back about 10 min later and someone answered but then hung up.
I called a second time and a man with a foreign accent answered this time. I asked if this was Selwyn Gonzalez(which is the name that shows up when I received the first call. He said "no, it’s not" I then said. Either you’re phone has been hijacked or you have hijacked this number. Either way, I am going to report this name and number and then I hung up.
