I downloaded something called Microsoft Label that would upgrade me to Windows 10.1. Then the next time I started the computer something pooped up with a voice that repeated "Call our phone number you have a security breech" "Call Microsoft at the number listed" and when I called the number it was for a business called Security Software Solutions. They claimed to be with Microsoft and I let them get in my computer to work and fix the problem because I thought they were with Microsoft. When I was talking to a supervisor they admitted to being in India and not in Florida.
