I received a letter stating I owe Time Magazine for 56 issues and was to send Secure Publisher Mail Center $55.00 for pass payment. They wanted me to send it by Credit Card and wanted are Bank Account Number Information. So, I called Time Magazine and found out I is pay up, they are not affilated with this company.
