I received a message in the mail that I had won 4,500.000! It is supposed to be from a drawing called The Mega Lottery Picker 2019! I contacted Dr. Antonio Beckford, the Foreign Service Manager, he said I needed to pay 980.00, to receive my money if I couldn’t get to Spain to get the check in person, someone called a government agent is supposed to be bringing me my check! Is this a scam? It seems like it probably is, please let me know as soon as possible! Thank you, X
