Working people under the table paying them cash money not paying taxes on his workers and I don’t think that there are actually a license company even do residential lawn without being insured or a business license and paying his false employees that are not registered with W-2 or 1099. He is paying people cash money with nobody’s on the books with Uncle Sam/ IRS. Operating a business without all the proper paperwork owning a personal business.
