Scott Shih Tzu ([email protected]) is a scam. This scam operation is primarily run by Abram Habib ([email protected], (973) 298-5066). This guy asks payment by Zelle (or any other nontraceable method). Once you pay, then his pup shipper (732) 436-0802 will contact you by saying that you need to rent an electronic crate for $1,000 for which $950 is refundable. The shipper asks you to pay by purchasing Amex Gift Cards. The shipper (and Habib) will ask you to send photo copies of Amex Gift Cards and their receipts. They will consume/withdraw entire amount within 24 hours using at Walmart of out of state such as Nashville, TN. The shipper then ask you to pay $1,500 insurance using the same method. If you hesitate, then he shipper and Habib intimidate you by saying you are animal abuser and they will send police to your address.
During the course of communication, if you ask the shipper’s name, website, address, or anything related to more detail, or if you tell them that you will come to their location and pick up the pup, they will drop dead!
I am hoping there will be no more victims from this Scott Shih Tzu scam.
BBB says majority of out of state puppy sales and shipment are scam operations.
I am sure there are some legitimate sellers and shippers, but please investigate further before making any payment. Payment should be either by check or credit card.

This site is a scam site and is fake. The content (listing of pups) never change. Please check this site a week or two later to see if there is any changes. You will see same pups there. Here is what you may receive after your initial contact, trying to get more information from you. After verifying your information, then they will send you a purchase agreement asking you to pay $650 for delivery at destination airport (and additional $50 if you want your pup to be delivered at your house). The guy will ask you to pay using Zelle (please remember there is no pup!):

SCAM Scott Shih Tzu, located in new jersey, in theory. The website doesn’t have an address. He sells shih tzu puppies, has a discount because he’s expecting another litter. He ships for free. He has you prepay via Zelle, which will not refund your money, or the cash app. Note he will not take paypal or Venmo as you can reverse charges if you don’t receive your pup. He doesn’t have puppies, he’s taken the photos from the internet and pasted them on his site. Do not do business with this person.
