i recieved a urgent call while i was at work stating that if i did not pay a debt, that i knew nothing about, before the end of the day, i would have a civil lawsuit brought against me to garnish my wages. I called the number back and they had so much information about me it was scary, my full ss#, every address ive had in the past 20 years. The credit card they were talking about was unfamiliar to me. It seems that the card was opened and sent to an address that I was not even living at, at the time but they convinced me that it was mine and i made arrangements to make a payment and pay the rest off in installments. Rattled i went back to my desk but before i signed the Doc u Sign forms they sent me for installment payments, i looked them up and found numerous stories of the same scam. When i tried to call back the number, there was no answer. I believe i was scammed.
