Type of a scam Tech Support
I have been called by a man named Ricky Williams saying he’s with the ScamPulse.com in Dallas and that several years ago I paid $300 for computer services. He went on to say I am due a refund but he first needed me to give them access to my computer and if I don’t do that they will have to disconnect my computer. He keeps calling saying I have to do this before I can get my refund. I called the BBB today and they called the BBB in Dallas and they have no Ricky Williams working for them and advised they then advised me this is a tech support scam.
