We are a dental office, one of our staff was checking for messages or appointment requests on our pngage when she came across and email with the following message: "THIS EMAIL HAS BEEN AUTOMATICALLY GENERATED AND SENT TO YOU BECAUSE ScamPulse.com HAS GOT AN ABUSE, CLAIMING THAT YOUR COMPANY IS VIOLATING THE FAIR LABOR STANDARDS ACT.
YOU CAN DOWNLOAD THE DOCUMENT WITH THE EXPLICATION OF COMPLIANT BY FOLLOWING THE LINK https://bit.1y/2jhp2xu
WE ALSO ASK THAT YOU SEND A SHORT ANSWER WITHIN 48 HOURS TO US. THIS RESPONSE SHOULD CONTAIN INFO ABOUT WHAT YOU INTEND TO DO WITH IT.

Received an email said we had violated the Safety and Health Act. (It’s the Health and Safety Act) Wanted me to click a link. The email address did not look legit. I did not click the link. I believe that if we really had a violation…someone would have come in the business or sent an official letter. The spelling is awful. I am including a copy of the body of the email so you can see.
This email notification has been automatically generated and sent to you because ScamPulse.com has got a complaint, claiming that your company is violating the The Safety and Health Act.
