Type of a scam Nigerian/Foreign Money Exchange
Facebook individual host a site called Scamguard. The individual goes by the name Captain James Van Thach. I was contacted this morning by him stating that the Nigerian Central bank w[censored]ding $50,000 for me and I was to be contacted by the Nigerian FBI. I gave him my number and was shortly contacted by a man claiming to be Nigerian FBI. The number that contacted me is: 213-929-8880 and requested $1500 to process the claim. I know the FBI does not operate in this manner and quickly dismissed the call.
