I ordered 2 pair of Nike shoes online, totaling almost $200, and the website stated that I would receive my order within 3-5 days but it took almost 1 month. When I received my order it was 2 pair of unbranded shoes that didn’t even have sizes on them. I have contacted the company numerous times asking for a refund but they have refused even after stating that they did in fact send me the wrong order. They took out almost $30 more than what the total amount. I didn’t even know that I had ordered from a store in China until I received my shipping info almost 2 weeks later after constantly emailing asking where my order was. I didn’t have an address or phone number until I received the package and looked up the address.
