I got a text of a free sample for a wrinkle product online. It said just pay for shipping $4.95, a second cream was offered for an additional 5.95. I did not see anywhere in their website that stated that if I didn’t cancel within 14 days that it would automatically bill me $190.00, plus it would also be on automatic renewal.
Their website is deliberately misinforming people and stealing their money.
When the product came is was a piece of trash, didn’t use it, it was like putting glue on your face.
There was NO invoice, contact information or a reminder that I only had 14 days to cancel and that I would be charged $190.00. They also don’t take credit cards, only debit cards, what a scam.
This company needs to be investigated immediately as there has to be thousands f people losing money by their unethical methods.
