We spent $4,000 for travel vouchers with this company located physically outside of Puera Vallarta. Soon were dissillusioned and tried to get our money back through the credit card company. Because of their documents and the way they are written the credit card company denied us. We have worked for 2 years to get the travel vouchers and book travel to use them but there was always a problem. 2 years of emails and phone calls got us nothing and found we could not use what we thought we were purchasing, because there is no product. They don’t even respond to my emails now. They lied, lied and then lied some more. This is a total scam.
