On April 13, 2020, I ordered a 20-pack of filters for COVID-19 masks. Safemask Pro charged $44.25 to my credit card but never delivered the filters in spite of my repeated requests through August 14, 2020. I asked Safemask Pro to ship the filters or reimburse my credit card, but no reply was received. I consider this to be a scam.

placed an order online for 2 w 1 free and a set of filters . 1st order was supposedly shipped by mistake and delivered to california in the first four days tracking by fed ex, you can actually track the 1st order to keep you HOOKED, then was told they were upgrading my mask to latest version, and was sent shipping info via fed ex and to track. tracked shipping invoice with fed ex they said a label was created for wu han china but was not affixed to product yet and to contact seller there was nothing they can do. its now been 1 mos and when trying to get info with their direct email get same old status update generic. dont order they never deliver and if you do and dont cancel in 24 hrs for a full refund they will refund a partial refund ONLY,SUPPOSEDLY, when you receive and ship product back which you will NEVER receive !!! They generate a shipping label and will have you tracking it forever and will never ship the product. In times like these to take advantage of people just trying to protect their familys lives they should be prosecuted to the FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW
