I had inquired about the $199 special i had seen on Facebook. I was waiting on talking to my roommate & it took me a couple of days to get an appointment scheduled. Once the appointment was scheduled I got a text the day before confirming my appointment. When I went to go check on something the guy I was speaking to on Facebook through messenger, the guy had blocked me & deleted all of his messages to me. All I could see was my own. So I started getting a little worried after reading about the scams that are linked to this company. So I was happy the guy named Tim showed up on time to do the work. When he got here he was polite. But just shortly afterwards he started being quite rude. First of all he didn’t have any shoe coverings or any kind of mask for his face. He had an attitude & immediately started cramming his up sell down my throat. I informed him that I am only wanting to get the service for the $199.00 as promised. He kept shoving the sanitizer addition down my throat. I kept telling him that is not what I wanted. So with an attitude he started cleaning the ducts. When I pointed out THE ONLY VENT in my small kitchen he snaps at me saying “its not a vent its a return.” I said “oh really.” He said “yes its a return it is blowing out” so he left the room. I immediately climbed up on my counter top to feel for myself. And low & behold IT WAS BLOWING OUT. So I said “excuse me but that vent in the kitchen is NOT a return as it is blowing out.” He snapped back at me “I guarantee you its a return!” I said “No. I guarantee it is a vent I would know since I cook in there everyday & that is the only cool air I get when cooking” he stormed into the kitchen bit****g about how if I wanted to argue with him then he would just stop cleaning my vents & leave. I was like are you serious. I didn’t say anything after he threatened me to ‘stop cleaning the vents & leaving’, I about said go ahead & leave with the attitude your giving me & then threatening me on top of it but it isn’t my house to say & it isn’t my money that is being spent. He stormed away & grabbed his vacuum banging it on the walls & glass screen door headed out to his truck. He grabbed another vacuum system & was not careful bringing it inside. He was just being extremely disrespectful as all get out. I stepped outside to type this up & to take a picture of the vehicle he arrived in along with the magnet with company name & phone number on the side. He came out to his truck once again didn’t excuse himself when he almost ran into me (I was in plain sight with plenty of room to go by) on the way out then on his way back inside he actually rudely walked by me so hatefully that his equipment hose hit my leg! He didn’t stop to say anything! Even when before I got hit with his equipment I said “sorry excuse me”. He didn’t even acknowledge me there kept walking & banging his equipment into the handicap railing up to my door, the glass screen door, the doorways, the walls, just being very unprofessional, and hateful during the entire process. I am VERY VERY VERY dissatisfied. When he was asked to leave by my husband he came flying up the stairs at my husband in a very aggressive manor. He had his fists balled up like he was going to swing. He called my husband a punk when he was asked to leave. When he came up the stairs my husband was standing behind the door when the guy Tim pushed the door into my husband. My husband pushed the door back & the guy pushed it back into my husband. It was after this he started yelling at my husband, my disabled roommate & myself about how he cleaned my vents & wanted to be paid. He had only cleaned 3 vents out of 13 vents total in my house. He grabbed his stuff & was banging it on everything headed out the door. He came back inside to argue more how he wanted his money. My husband told him to have his boss get a hold of us for payment. But with the attitude & his threatening me & my husband we weren’t going to pay him for doing 3 vents in my home. When my husband asked to speak with the owner & asked who the owner was the guy Tim said “What’s it matter who the owner is” he would not give us the company information. I will be submitting this to the BBB as well…

Advertised special for air duct cleaning. Contacted via Messenger. Confirmed price and appointment. Tried to reach to ask few more questions…. no answer or answering machine on phone number. Website given looked super legit. It’s not!
Ghosted me! Rescheduled because of an apparent truck breakdown, and then they never showed! Alex nor Jake ever texted or messaged or responded to my texts or messages! I guess I saved $200…further research shows that, though intuitively duct vacuuming makes sense, changing your filter regularly does the trick!

Greyson Till contacted me via FB on messenger after i commented on his post about low rates on air duct cleaning. He said it was a straight $199 fee. Scheduled me for the 28th of July. I contacted him around the 10th asking if we could do it sooner. He was very confused, saying "do you want to cancel"? I said, no i just want it done quickly. He could not understand my request. When i asked for the phone number to call, he gave me a 1-800 number listed here. It does not work, just rings. he said it was due to technical difficulties. I asked for a good number. He gave me a generic cell number that just rings with no vm. I have emailed the company 5x no response. After reading some reviews here, i see he has struck before.

They advertised on Facebook. Then contact was through Facebook messenger. Set up an appointment via messenger. Now the contact is no longer available. (Andrew Hill, who appears to have a Facebook profile page) I am trying to cancel my appointment. When I googled the company to get a phone # neither numbers worked. Then I just tried to do a live chat on their website. It did pop up that they were available to chat. Once I asked about how I can contact someone to cancel, the chat appears to have ended. I also can not reaccess the original post on Facebook.

This has definitely has a lot of red flags for a scam if you are not informed.
They will try to up-sell you on UV light. He initially quoted me close to $1000 but when I looked at home much it would cost with installation and the vacuuming of vents I told him that price would be too high. We settled on $500 which I had someone check with. The work he did was ok in the fact I get he has to make a little bit of money but there was no camera to see before and after like it promises. Part of the $500 dollar deal was that he would come right out if something went wrong and he would do a yearly HVAC service for $25 which leads me to the big problem.
I paid cash and Ryan said he would send me an email with receipt(wife would do it). I have tried to contact him numerous times and have heard nothing. I found out about this $199 cleaning through a guy named Mike Douglas who I asked for help. He initially agreed but then blocked me. I have tried contacting the 800 number on site and the person doesn’t have the greatest communication skills(basically hung up on me). I have tried contacting Sohail the owner and no luck either.
The thing is all I want is a receipt for services and it is impossible to obtain. The bait and switch could be considered fraud but I wouldn’t press that issue because I feel the price was somewhat reasonable for UV light installation. Even still we had an agreement and I would just like them to keep their word.

2 man crew showed up on time. Dress professorially and ready to work. They wore gloves and mask the whole time.
Took about 4 hours to clean my air and dry vents. I did not observe any breaks so they were working the entire time.
They showed me before and after pictures on their cell phone during the cleaning process of the vent piping. After they left I inspected their work more closely and they did an excellent job. They cleaned up after themselves.
There were 3 hole that were cut in my trunk line so they can hook up their vac’s. Holes were patched correctly and sealed.
The final bill was exactly what they quoted me over the phone for the job. No up sell from the crew. (which would have made me frustrated)
They contacted us today to know about the air quality and asked us to give review on scampulse because there were some competitors who were posting bad reviews.
We are happy by SA Ducts services they were great and charged the price they quoted $199

They are a Scam ! Same situation with the previous comment , they came to your house inspect the AC unit and want to charge $750 or $400 for some kind of service , they didn’t clean the ducts like they said they just spray a chemical and said the leave the ventilator on for an hour for $200 and that was it , that doesn’t take more than 15 mins , they drive a white van with no markings , they didn’t have a professional uniform just shorts and the T-shirt polo with the name of the company but they don’t use gloves or face mask or shoe covers ! I messaged the OWNER RYAN E DEMORY but he said that they are going to come back to do the full service but that’s no true he Doesn’t answer my calls and message ! So yes they are a SCAM !
I saw you’re comment befote scheduling the appointment but they told me your one of the competitor and i booked but i was fully ready to see what they are going yo do but after the service they did that was amazing they come wearing masks and gloves before entering introduce there selfs and then explained the service and when we agreed with that they started the service and they show the before and after snapshots and then we paid $200 and the inspection you’re saying they inspected our system and they said you don’t need to clean it this year you have to clean it next year

They advertise for $199 flat rate duct cleaning but we felt like we got scammed. The ad on facebook said free sanitizing but we got charged for it and duct cleaning. A guy came here and said i have to look at your unit first then said ok we can’t clean your duct it has some stuff there that we need to spray and sanitize first and we’re not expecting that. We said we don’t have money cause he wants $325 for that organic microban. I said we only have $200 then he said do u have it now? Is it cash? And he said ok I’ll just take the $200 and just reword the invoice. Then he said wait 48 hrs and call for duct cleaning for $150 but he said "honestly i wouldn’t pay for duct cleaning, you can do it yourself using a regular vaccum". I went back and look at the post and see and yup it said free sanitizing. I called the customer service at www.saducts.com cause this is the website that they gave me. I called and they only have the same guy answering the phone. At first i couldn’t understand him so i asked are you located here in the US cause i can barely understand you. Are you in India? He said no. Anyways he said that the spray is not free. And put the blame on me for paying their guy and said that i just want my money back. I don’t care about that money anymore i just wa

nt them to be honest. I’ve never experienced this before. And customer service is very rude! Why advertise for duct cleaning and sell just spray? And that ducts can just be cleaned by household vaccum??? Hope this never happened to anyone. ??
