Merchant delayed mailing out purchase until payments were made using QuadPay service, sent incorrect item, delayed process even further… item was returned yet mailing label was incorrect which meant item was sent back to me. Different label provided, sent items back… told that I would have to wait Up to 15 days for a return, merchant discontinued all communication. Purchase was made in March I still have not received a refund. Do not purchase anything from this person. Comments have been deleted from social media, is not responding to any of my messages. Again I was sent the wrong item and the quality of that item was poor, thin, flimsy, shedding wig
