On July 21, 2020, I ordered and gave banking info to purchase a 10 x 15 metal car canopy. $99 dollars was deducted from my account with the following information;

HONG KONG OBSER HONG KONG HK
No confirmation or shipping/tracking info was sent back and I fear I’ve been scammed. I’ve attempted several times to reach their contact us, but no response.
