Type of a scam Online Purchase

RVTL and Equinox Wrinkle Cream are advertised on the internet: Receive free trial samples — just pay shipping and handling. I ordered the sample, but noticed a couple days later on other sites, that this was a scam.

I emailed the company and told them I did not want their product. They told me that I signed up for an automatic shipping program and I that I received a 10 day "cooling off” period of a full 30 days’ supply… There is no mention of this on their website or any literature included in the samples. However, I can use the “Easy Cancellation Method” and return the product within 30 days and get my money back.

Today I received a charge on my account for $109.00 and $103.00 for each of the products. Even though I had returned the product and forwarded them the USPS tracking information confirming they received the returned item. They have not returned any of my inquiries and insist that they never received the return.

I also see that they have changed their name and packaging. Some new names on the same advertisements include: Ellis, Puravol; as well as: BioDiamond and BioGlaciere
