I purchased a dress for my baby and my credit card was charged on April 24, 2018. I also received an automated response,
"Thank you so much for your recent order at Rock A Bye Baby Co. This email is to notify you that we received your order and will begin fulfilling your order within 24 hours from purchase time. You will receive your order receipt shortly!"
Since receiving this automated response 13 days ago I’ve received no further correspondence, despite contacting them via email and via their Facebook page. I have not received the dress I paid for.
