The letter is stating maintenance fees for timeshare will be eliminated. I do not own any timeshare property. No forwarding address.

2nd Notice is printed in the return address.

Letter vaguely references 2017 Maintenance Fee Bill and future Timeshare Maintenance Fees. States an account reference number and asks you to call.

Of course, none of us have existing timeshares or maintenance fee bills.

2nd time receiving letter in the mail about a timeshare. There is no address to where the letter came from. They claim to have sent me a 2nd notice and that I have to respond by a certain time to be able to qualify to permanently eliminate all future timeshare maintenance fees. They claimed that they made several attempts to contact me. They give a reference number and a 888 number to call. I had called before and told them that I do not have a timeshare and it needs to be looked into asap because this is the 2nd time I received this and i didn’t want to get a lawyer involved if its not fixed. The second i said lawyer they claimed that everything was ok it was just a way to get people to call so that they can solicit them the timeshare. When i asked for the name of the timeshare they acted dumb and said sorry for the mix up and hung up.
