Type of a scam Tech Support

Rapid Fire is Brother IT and GZ Geeks ( They use the name Geeks) which appeared on Google for computer technical support. Since our brand new computer crashed, we searched for an online official technical support agency and chose Rapid Fire. They requested direct access into our computer in order to

" safeguard" it. We fired them, but they became administrators of our entire computer activity and remain in there. Although we had terminated their services, we began to receive calls from Rand and Mack, stating our computer, email addresses and cellphone were at risk. Their calls were blocked, but they used many phone #s. We hired Btother IT in March and they required an outlook email. I explained my problems with Rapid Fire and they stated not to worry, I would have 100% security with Rapid Fire removed. My email was deleted and they became administrators of a new outlook email. Now, I’m completely locked out of the computer I was forced to purchase from them with a promise of great security. I had just purchase a brand new HP computer, but Brother IT insisted they could provide greater services with their computer. It was a scam, as they’d also have me follow instructions to www.support.me.com with all access to my computers. Allen Walker asked for all info of my internet server- a Hacking! I called Brother IT because I was locked out from my password to open the computer I purchased from them. They entered my other computer with Rapid Fire showing as administrator. Their call backs to my cell shows they are also Rapid Fire, also. Rapid Fire attempted bank fraud, through my routing and checking account #s. Because I was alerted, I made it in time to my bank to place a stop on their bank fraud. The alert showed as GZ Geeks, not the Geeks official website. Now, Rapid Fire IS Brother IT! While on the phone with Brother IT, I was told a Sr tech was needed to solve all problems. I hung up the phone the phone while a

"consult" took place. I was called back from Rapid Fire, instead of Brother IT. I said he had to be confirmed and verified as Brother IT. Sure enough, I called the official tel. # and I was transferred to this Firefox tech who placed an Amazon screenshot of an alternative web server costing over 5,000 for 6 months, $10,000 for 10 years or $ 15,000 for lifetime, demanding a decision had to be made "NOW" because my cellphones and 2 computers would be shut forever. I told him I’d have to call law enforcement 1st to view all he showed. His reply was " call them, FBI, whoever you want, nothing will happen be becausr they can’t trace us". I got scared and called police with my small video recorder I used the entire time as He showed London being the country where I was being hacked from. Another scam. I asked if Rapid Fire, Brother IT, and Geeks were all affiliated and my true hackers. Police viewed his screen pics and all voice discussions. My other cell has already removed Google, camera, they deleted voicemails, having all access to all passwords on the cell.

NEVER accept a message on your computers with a # to call. Quickly hang up on anyone stating your phone, emails, computer is at risk. Do not make the same mistake I did. I went to Amazon website searching the $15000 equipment they fraudently showed on the screen. Of course, it doesn’t exist. BEWRE!!! Rapid Fire is Brother IT and Geeks # as shown on Google technical support. I have been instructed by police to change my bank account immediately this morning.
