Radiance Skin Care misrepresentative itself by using a false celebrity endorsement (Savannah Guthrie). They offered a free trial but then immediately started an auto ship monthly and charged me over $200.00 for their product. And now only honor the cancellation at the time of the email that is sent. They won’t honor refunds before the date of said email.

The product I ordered was supposedly affiliated with Kathy Lee Gifford. I paid for the shipping of a free sample, there was no agreement to receive any more product. I became suspicious when the product arrived but there was no information regarding the next steps or anything such as an agreement. Today I was charged 90.98 causing my checking account to overdraw. When I called the information number the gentleman not only argued with me about what I signed up for, which I know i would never agree with, he also tried to sell me more products as I am extremely upset trying to explain to him that I did not agree to this and I was going to be charged a lot by the bank. They refused to give me a refund, I have a cancellation number and I hope it is legit. I received a jar of moisturizer and a tube of eye cream.

False advertisement regarding skin care product.- "By Savannah Guthrie from the Today show"

Paid for "free trial" (pay S&H) and must have been in EXTREMELY fine print that if not cancelled – would be charged $98.90.

Product was horrible and regardless of fee – was not a money back guarantee. When I called to inquire about the charge on my bank statement, I was asked what product i was calling about because they deal with over a 100.
