I contacted Quickbooks Services USA to help with my QuickBooks program. They diagnosed my problem and told me they could fix it for a fee and they strongly suggested I purchase the Intuit Data Protection plan as well which I did do. Along with that they told me my present QuickBooks program would need to be updated to QuickBooks Mac for 2017. I agreed and bought a 3 year subscription for $379.95. They said they would send the download once our transaction was complete. I had done this in the past with other computer programs so I wasn’t suspicious. I waited for the download to be sent but instead got a note from QuickBooks Services USA that the program wasn’t developed yet and they would send it at a later date. Now I began to get suspicious. After more research, I realized that there was so no program and probably never would be. I called they an asked for my money back and they told me they would send only reimburse a portion of the payment. I they called the ScamPulse.com and when they called QuickBooks Services USA to ask about this situation, they hung up. So clearly I was scammed and I am writing to let you know that this is not a reputable internet service. Be aware there is another company by the same name so watch for the phone number of 1-855-947-9333. Do not call this number!
