Quantel Consulting said they could fix the malware and firewall damage. They were the only ones and were Microsoft Partners. I called Microsoft and they told me to cancel all communications with them and unplug my computer. Qualtel Consulting was very convincing and i foolishly fell for their problem. The scammers started by telling me that a pornographic website was trying to break in to my computer and Quantel Consulting could fix the problem and repair the damage to my firewall and computer. If I did not contact Quantel, my computer would be completely inoperable permanently.
