Type of a scam Online Purchase

My initial suspicion was the "reduced" price of his puppies – the seller did not want to give any information at all about his location, his kennel, his sire/dam of the puppies he had for sale. He would not give any full names or telephone numbers for references. The only method of pre-paying for a puppy was to go to CVS and do a money gram – cash only. His site states that a "nanny" will escort the puppy to whatever closest airport you request. His final scam was to attempt to tell me that there was no charge to transport a puppy via airlines. When he asked again (within minutes of asking the first time) if I had already sent the payment I just felt this was a complete scam. At that point I informed him I was taking a pass.

He did request my name, address and email address. That was all the information he received.
