Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill
A gentleman by the name of Keith called to make us aware that our "latex glove order" would be delayed by two weeks and we would be receiving an invoice of $245. Our primary doctor spoke with Keith and informed him that we did not place that order and would like a fax confirmation stating that there is a cancelled order and/or confirmation there was no order placed by us. Keith stated he would send one. Phone call occurred at 10:10am on 05/12/2020. Aprrox. 1:52pm we had still not received a confirmation cancellation fax so Brianna contacted and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Chris at extension 108 to request the fax again and Chris who refused his last name and was very defensive stated that they will not be sending anything of the sort because there was no order placed and it was unnecessary. He insisted nothing will be sent to us in the form of supplies or invoice then hung up.
