Puppies Shop

Stacey – Dec 16, 2020

Few months a go I have been scammed by Merit Puppy Shop/puppies shop from same reason as all these innocent people. I have complaint to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) that day of. As I was searching something for my puppy I recently got, Puppy Shop popped up. I was curious & checked it out. Ashely N. aka Ashely Mack is the same girl who scammed me & still scamming people with this new “Puppy Shop” name. Besides the new name Puppy Shop, everything in their website is exactly still the same, with the same dog, same scamming motto 5th year anniversary, buy one @$499 get 2nd puppy 1/2 off for $299.00, free shipping. Any authentic puppy breeder/seller will accepts credit cards. Scammers will not, they only want you to get a certain prepaid gift card so it cannot be tracked. Then Ashely uses American Domestic Freight (name of her scamming carrier). When they send you a notice saying need to pay $1,000 for special pet crate, don’t do it, it’s a scam. I was on to them when they were named Merit Puppies Shop & even then the [censored] scammers tried to send what suppose to look authentic notice from the airport carrier that the puppies cannot be shipped because the dog did not pass inspection. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY INTO THIS, they’re scammers! First indication is there’s no address, phone number. Nobody picks up the fake number at American Domestic Freight. another number you get busy signals all day. I hope that Ashley, Brandi Perkins, and guy at American Domestic “Patrick” is caught & put in jail ASAP! I honestly urge anyone who’s reading this & haven’t bought their puppy, PLEASE DON’T! It’s a scam. Once you’re onto them, they will use a different online name but their website & puppies are all the same. Ashley is the only one that replies. She is the scamming sales girl. Please report these scammers Ashley N/Ashely Mack & friends/family- Puppy Shop to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). We need to stop her from scamming more people! If you want a puppy, just find one locally. I did. Paid little more, but at least it’s local, you can see the puppy and bring it home.

Online purchase Sunwood pugs San Antonio TX
I started this process over a month ago, I felt something was up when I could only pay by Zelle, 1050.00. I paid. Over the last month I have been in contact with the vendor only by text message. Yesterday, as I was checking in again, to make sure I was going to get this puppy on the 23rd for my daughter, they then told me I had to make a 1500.00 deposit for a special carrier for transport. I called the airline, who had a accent and told me I would get it back on the day of delivery. So, I started to do some research starting with scammers, and found out that Sunwood, was also Ironwood, and the owner went by Michael and several last names. I went to their website which was now down. I am trying to get my money back, but that would be lucky.

They got me too. I purchased a Maltese puppy for $499 via Zelle on Friday. I was assured that he would be at my house on Sunday. On Saturday I received the email from American Logistics Freight about needing me to pay a refundable deposit for the special crate to transfer my pup in. I paid that via another Zelle payment. I never received a puppy. Fortunately I had discovered the scam by now because today (Monday) I received an email that my puppy was in New Mexico (was supposed to be a direct flight from San Francisco to Denver) wanting me to fork over another $2000 for insurance coverage- 98% is refundable upon delivery. I replied to them that they weren’t getting another penny from me and I want a full refund. I’m sure I won’t hear back from them again but I have to ask for my refund. Looking back I feel so stupid for missing the red flags of which there are several. Please do not give your money to Super Puppy, Shop4Puppy, Super Puppies or any other associated companies.

I believed I bought a puppy for $499 on line at the Elite Puppy Shop in San Fransico, California on Saturday, November 14, 2020. Special price for their fifth year opened and included transportation.
American Logistics Freight was the company used for transporting the puppy. They emailed that I needed to spend money for a special crate due to COVID 19. and would be refunded when crate was returned.

Both companies wired money through Zell. No problem wiring through Zell the $499 for the puppy but I had a problem using Zell for the crate using the name Taylor Rice so. I had to to get two Vanilla prepaid Visa gift cards, each for $500.
I have tried to contact both business on several occasions without any response or my funds being refunded. Please be aware of these two fraudulent companies.
Their websites are so nice I never thought of being scammed but I was.

Cheryl. Lost $1499.

Thank you for your honesty. I tried to purchase a puppy today and it was because of this that I hurriedly cancelled my transfer. They used the same name and promotional ad and everything. You helped save me from getting scammed today. I appreciate it so so much!

Same experience as above. We purchased a puppy with the request to Zell Darius Smith $499. Then we received a follow up email that additional money was required to American Logistics Freight. Again another Zell which seems strange now because it was another individual named Taylor Rice. The business website looks legit however when you call the numbers listed (805-996-0210 and 805-517-45050) it is very obvious there is no freight company) DO NOT send them any money!

Same thing happened to me. Paid for two puppies. Told I needed a special crate $1000 each, paid it with CashApp and through the app at my bank. The next day told they had to have another $1500 or they would have me arrested for neglect and have my puppies sent to a pound.

I tried to purchase a puppy online from Puppies Shop yesterday and went through the cash app but was unable to get enough transferred to pay for the puppies. I saw this website a couple of hours later after planning the final payment for this morning. Now they do not answer my online chat nor contact me via e-mail. I wish I had seen this earlier I would not be out my funds.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased a puppy online. The first payment was $499.00 and it was sent to solace puppy (Tonia Norman through Zelle payment). I was notified the puppy was being shipped. I was then contacted by the transportation American Domestic Freight that I would have to pay $999.00 for shipping due to a special crate that had to be used because of COVID 19. I never received the puppy. I have tried to contact both business on several occasions without any response or my funds being refunded. Please be aware of this fraudulent company.
