Type of a scam Online Purchase
Money was paid for product on December 2nd, production lead time *changed* to 14 business days after the purchase. On 15th day customer service was emailed, an auto response was generated stating to wait 5 days. Today is the 6th day and no response. Multiple stories and reviews online detailing similar experience with no feedback from customer support. I do not anticipate receiving product or refund.
